Order Changes & Cancellations
Because readings begin preparation shortly after an order is placed, requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase by emailing support@psychicalura.com.
Requests made after this 2-hour window may be eligible for store credit toward a future reading, depending on the status of the order.
Follow-Up Readings
Each reading includes 30 days of complimentary follow-up guidance, allowing you to ask clarifying questions or explore insights connected to your original reading.
To provide continued support, follow-up access may renew automatically on a monthly basis. You may cancel or manage your renewal at any time through your customer account or designated subscription management link.
Refund Policy
Psychic Alura provides personalized digital spiritual services rather than physical goods. Because each reading is uniquely created for you, completed readings are non-refundable.
