AI-Assisted Content
You acknowledge that we may use technology tools, including AI-assisted systems, to help generate scripted or personalized content based on information you provide. All such content remains for entertainment purposes only.
Personal, Non-Commercial Use
All Services and products are for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content or Service purchased through the Website.
3. Advisors and Readings
The Website may connect you with independent spiritual advisors (“Advisors”) who provide content for entertainment purposes.
- Advisors are not our employees, agents, or representatives.
- We do not verify, guarantee, or endorse an Advisor’s qualifications, credentials, opinions, or responses.
- We are not responsible for any statements or advice provided by Advisors.
Advisors will never request sensitive personal information such as your physical address, direct contact details, or payment information. Do not provide this information to anyone.
No Off-Platform Contact
You may not contact Advisors outside of the Website or share personal contact information to facilitate off-platform communication. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access, and we are not responsible for any consequences of off-platform contact.
No Recording
You may not record, copy, reproduce, scan, or transcribe any reading or session without our prior written consent.
4. Orders, Payments, and Subscriptions
All charges are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
By submitting payment information, you represent that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided;
- The information you provide is accurate and complete; and
- You have sufficient funds to complete the transaction.
We may receive updated payment information from your card issuer and update your records accordingly. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Order confirmations do not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including if an order appears fraudulent or violates these Terms.
5. Refunds, Returns, and Satisfaction Policy
We strive to provide a positive experience; however, outcomes and predictions are not guaranteed.
A. Digital Readings
Refund requests must be submitted by email within sixty (60) days of the reading date and must include:
- Order confirmation number
- Date and time of the reading
- Advisor name (if applicable)
- Reason for the request
Refunds may be granted in full, in part, or denied at our discretion and will not exceed the amount paid. Refunds may be issued as a credit or returned to the original payment method. Refund requests are generally limited to one per Advisor.
B. Physical Products (If Offered)
If physical products are offered, requests for damaged, defective, or non-conforming items must be submitted within sixty (60) days of delivery. Approved returns may require shipment within a specified timeframe using a provided label.
6. Shipping and Delivery (If Applicable)
If physical products are available, we may ship domestically and internationally where permitted. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Carrier delivery confirmation is considered sufficient proof of delivery, even without a signature.
7. Website Use and Conduct
All Website content is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Accessing the Website does not grant you ownership rights.
You agree not to use the Website or Services in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive manner, including but not limited to hacking, scraping, impersonation, harassment, transmission of unlawful or explicit content, interference with Website operations, or conduct that may create legal liability.

If you opt into SMS messaging, you consent to receive recurring messages. Message frequency may be up to five (5) messages per week. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $500.00 USD OR THE AMOUNT REQUIRED BY LAW, IF LESS.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Psychic Alura and its affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms.
15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute must first be addressed through informal written notice. If unresolved within sixty (60) days, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Class actions are waived. Eligible small-claims matters may be brought in small claims court.
You may opt out of arbitration within thirty (30) days of your first use or purchase by sending written notice to the address listed below.
16. Miscellaneous Legal Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Psychic Alura. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger or sale.
